Before you begin
Open the correct report and confirm you are sketching the intended subject, dwelling, unit, or related structure. If the sketch will support GLA, exhibits, or report commentary, keep your field notes, measurements, photos, and assignment requirements available while you work.

This section explains different canvases.
Keep the canvas organized
You might have noticed that this whole canvas that we are on is just a default canvas that you get every time you open up a sketch.
But If you want to create a brand-new one. Well, here you can see that this is where the sketch is actually located, and you can also rename the sketch at any point too as well. But if you were to open this, you can only see that we just have one right now.
To create a new sketch canvas, you will select this plus button here, and now you are immediately loaded to a brand-new canvas, and all this information will save separately as well.
If you draw here, do something like. Go down here. Go up to the left.
Not define it for now. Now the workspace includes this, and you can see that it is already doing its auto-saving here as well. If you then, For example, go to back to our main, the canvas has the whole area that we've been working on, or if you want to go back to my untitled canvas, it is there as well.

Practical workflow
