Aivre Pricing Drops Next Week. Here Is What to Expect

Aivre Pricing Drops

Over the past year, we have been focused on building, testing, and operating in real UAD 3.6 production. As we continue to grow alongside the industry, one of the most common questions we have received is simple. When will pricing be released.

We are excited to share that next week, Aivre will officially announce its pricing.

Our goal from the beginning has been to create a platform that fits every type of appraiser. Whether you are an independent appraiser, part of a small team, or operating within a large organization, your workflow is different. Your software should reflect that. That is why we are introducing a three tier pricing model designed to meet appraisers where they are.

Aivre Core will be built for appraisers who are looking for a clean and efficient foundation. We believe Aivre Core is already superior to the majority of legacy platform’s top tier offerings, providing a more modern interface, better workflow, and a system built specifically for UAD 3.6 rather than adapted to it. Aivre Vision will introduce additional capabilities that enhance the workflow and bring more automation into the process. Aivre Ultra will represent the most advanced experience, designed for those who want the full power of the platform with deeper integrations and intelligent automation.

Each tier is designed with intention. The goal is not to complicate your workflow. The goal is to give you the flexibility to choose the level of technology that aligns with how you work.

In addition to launching pricing, we are introducing an early adopter opportunity for those who are ready to move into UAD 3.6 with a modern platform. For a limited time, we will be offering a $500 discount for early adopters. This promotion will be available through September 1, 2026.

There is an additional benefit that we believe will make this transition even easier. When you onboard this year, your payment will apply to your membership for 2027. That means the remainder of 2026 will be included at no additional cost. You will be able to operate in live UAD 3.6 production, learn the platform, and build confidence in your workflow before the industry reaches full adoption.

This approach is designed to give appraisers time. Time to transition. Time to adapt. And time to fully understand the advantages of a platform built specifically for UAD 3.6.

As we move closer to the industry mandate, the decisions appraisers make today will shape how they operate in the years ahead. Choosing the right software is one of the most important of those decisions. Pricing is just one part of that conversation. Performance, workflow, and long term scalability matter just as much.

If you have been following Aivre or are preparing for UAD 3.6, now is the time to take a closer look at what we are building. Schedule a demo or onboardinto the platform today to secure early access and take advantage of the early adopter opportunity.

Next week, we will be sharing more details. We are looking forward to taking this next step with the appraiser community and continuing to build the future of appraisal software together.
