What the buyout program is
Many residential appraisers are already paying for appraisal software that was built around legacy forms. UAD 3.6 is mandatory in November 2026, and switching platforms mid-year can feel like wasting a subscription you already bought.
The Aivre Buyout Credit Program is a limited-time offer to help with that switch. You show us a receipt from another appraisal software provider. If the claim is approved, we add account credit — marketed up to $350 — to your Aivre account. That credit automatically reduces your next Aivre payment.
It is not a cash payout, not a refund from your current vendor, and not a guaranteed amount until a receipt is reviewed. You also do not need to be on an Aivre plan to apply. If you are new, approved credit waits until you subscribe.

Create a free Aivre account
You do not need a paid plan to apply. Sign in, then open the buyout form from your profile or the dashboard.

Upload a competitor receipt
Attach an image or PDF showing you purchased appraisal software from another provider. Add a short note if it helps explain the purchase.

We review the receipt
Aivre reviews each submission before any credit is added. Approved credit of up to $350 is posted to your account — not paid out as cash.

Credit comes off your next payment
When you subscribe (or on your next individual invoice if you already have a plan), the credit is applied automatically.

No subscription required to apply
The program is for people switching from another vendor. You can submit a receipt before you buy an Aivre plan.
Up to $350 in account credit
That is the marketed maximum. The approved amount depends on the receipt. Credit reduces what you owe Aivre; it is not a rebate from your old provider.
Once per purchase
Submit one claim per competing purchase. You may submit more than once if you have additional qualifying receipts.
Personal and organization paths
Individuals apply from the personal buyout form. Organization owners and admins apply from org billing so credit lands on the org account.
Submissions close November 4, 2026 at midnight Eastern Time. After that, new receipts are not accepted. Credit already granted still comes off future Aivre payments.
Individual appraisers
Apply from your Aivre profile or the buyout form. Approved credit is added to your personal account and comes off your next individual subscription payment.
Organizations
An owner or admin submits from organization billing. Credit is posted to the organization, not to an individual member, and comes off the org's next payment.
